Welcome to Brooklyn Training Hall Strength and Conditioning class! We are offering just $1 a class for 3 classes. Your Purchase expires in 7 days.

Available Classes are Monday Wednesday Friday 8 am, 10am, and 6 pm.

In class, you will learn the basics of:

Kettlebells and Barbells
Squats
Deadlifts
How we use Sandbags and Sleds
How we make Community and Culture and much more...

Zero previous experience is necessary, you just need to bring a positive attitude!

4 Week Technique *6 PM Tuesday Class
The 4 Week Technique *6PM Class

Starts  March 5th @ 6pm  👊🏼

Small group hands-on practical instruction on performing the snatch and the clean and jerk from USAW National and International accredited Coaches

This class is ideal for beginner to novice lifters (ages 18 yr old and up) and coaches to help teach and identify inefficiencies in the Olympic Lifts with an emphasis on building proper motor patterns (technique) that are a critical foundation for building confidence and athletic development in the sport.

Each 60-minute session will includes technical instructions, and focused practice. The first three sessions will center exclusively on one lift.

The technique class is limited to eight participants to address each athlete best individually.

Athlete requirements:

1. In-person coaching: You must provide your in-person commitment and plan. How many times a week (a month) will you be able to attend? 

2. National Competitions (minimum 2): You must provide which competition you plan to attend for 2024.

3. Velocity-Based Training: You are required to use a barbell velocity measuring device (ideally an LPT)  **We use the RepOne -  information provided if needed

4. EA = Energy Availability: You must provide who will be coaching, advising, and supporting your nutrition decisions.

S&C is for everyone.  Our goal is to improve the robustness and adaptability of our community. Sessions will be focused on fundamental movements of squatting, hinging, pulling, pushing, carrying, dragging, and throwing. We’ve built our program in a comprehensive way that increases your work capacity to help keep you strong outside of our gym!
