Welcome to Brooklyn Training Hall Strength and Conditioning class! We are offering just $1 a class for 7 classes. Your Purchase expires in 15 days.

Available Classes are Monday Wednesday Friday 8 am and 6 pm.

In class, you will learn the basics of:

Kettlebells and Barbells
Squats
Deadlifts
How we use Sandbags and Sleds
How we make Community and Culture and much more...

Zero previous experience is necessary, you just need to bring a positive attitude!

         If Coach Blanco is not available we will do everything we can to

Olympic Weightlifting Fundamentals
This 4 Day a week Fundamental program was designed by Coach Blanco to develop novice and intermediate athletes.

Prerequisite:

*Novice athletes must have completed Olympic Weightlifting Introduction prior to this membership.

**Intermediate athletes must have completed Olympic Weightlifting Observation & Assessment Week prior to this membership.

Strength and Conditioning (All Humans)
S&C is for everyone.  Our goal is to improve the robustness and adaptability of our community. Sessions will be focused on fundamental movements of squatting, hinging, pulling, pushing, carrying, dragging, and throwing. We’ve built our program in a comprehensive way that increases your work capacity to help keep you strong outside of our gym!
